We maintain a flat structure where ideas win on merit, not seniority or background. Investment ideas are debated rigorously while maintaining Rice's Culture of Care through communication, honesty, and respect.

Members work in small teams of 3-4 to produce full-length, differentiated research reports twice per semester. Advisors provide honest feedback and targeted areas of improvement to develop lifelong investors.

We encourage members to compete in national stock pitch and trading competitions for networking and development. Our competition team trains members in the presentation and analytical skills needed for top events.
